Bill Clarke moved to Baltimore 30 years ago to become a partner in the investment advisory firm Campbell & Company. When he started, it was a firm of four people, but by the time he retired in May 2007 as partner and executive vice president of research, the company had grown to 140 people.Today, Clarke manages his own grant-making foundation, which helps the less fortunate in Maryland and overseas. He also chairs the OSI-Baltimore board.
