Vu Dang is Baltimore city’s first Chief Service Officer, a position established by a Cities of Service grant. Dang has spent his career in public service, designing, implementing, and evaluating programs, managing organizations, and building capacity of developing country governments and civil society, all towards more effectively serving vulnerable populations.
