For more than 30 years, Tricia Rubacky has raised funds and taught fundraising for local, statewide, and national organizations, with an emphasis on social justice. Rubacky’s development expertise ranges from grassroots events, major gifts, annual giving, and workplace solicitation programs to foundation, corporate, and government grants. Rubacky is now the Director of Development at the Open Society Institute-Baltimore.
