Rebecca Coleman
Rebecca Coleman is a 2010 Baltimore Community Fellow and Director of the Creditor Abuse Prevention Project at Civil Justice, Inc. She holds a J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law and is a member of the Maryland State Bar, the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, and the United States Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit.
