John Mello is the Director for a Baltimore based non- profit organization, which serves Baltimore City’s disadvantaged youth and adult residents. He oversees an environmental workforce development program that prepares participants for entry-level environmental careers. Mello is an Offender Workforce Development Specialist, and a Building Performance Institute certified building Analyst Professional and Envelope Professional. He is committed to developing business and employment opportunities that contribute to environmental sustainability while simultaneously attacking social injustice.
