Jeff Singer
Jeff Singer, the President & CEO of Health Care for the Homeless of Maryland, is a clinical social worker with experience in child protective services, mental health and addiction treatment, street outreach, and community organizing.
Singer is currently a member of the Leadership Advisory Group to Baltimore’s Ten Year Plan to End Homelessness. He has been a founding Board member of the Homeless Persons Representation Project, the People’s Homesteading Group, City Advocates in Solidarity with the Homeless, Eutaw Centre Shelter, and the Baltimore Homeless Union.
