Felicity Turner is the Out Of School Time Strategist for Baltimore’s Safe and Sound Campaign. Prior to joining Safe and Sound in March 2010, Turner worked for the Coalition to End Childhood Lead Poisoning as the Program Manager for the Safe At Home Program.
