Ellie Mitchell is the Director of the Maryland Out of School Time (MOST) Network. MOST is a coalition of community members and groups campaigning for expanded funding, more effective policies, and increased program quality to ensure all young people in Maryland have access to activities in the out of school hours that enable them to achieve.
