Deborah Patterson
Deborah Patterson is the founder and president, ARTblocks—a means of bringing art out of the classroom and into the neighborhood. In collaboration with the principal stakeholders of the Park Heights neighborhood where she has taught for over ten years, Patterson is working with residents and youth to create the first ARTblocks in Baltimore City.
