Clinton Bamberger, Esq., Emeritus Professor at the University of Maryland School of Law, has worked as an attorney in public and private practice, a law school teacher and dean, and a public administrator and legal services attorney. He currently serves as a board member of Open Society Institute-Baltimore and acts as an advisor on issues of access to justice.
