Brenda Blatton Blom
Brenda Bratton Blom is the Director of Clinical Programs at the University of Maryland School of Law. Her interests include nonprofit and community organization activity in community and economic development, the interaction between the justice system and communities, and the role that solo and small firm lawyers have on the delivery of legal services to communities, as well as the legal policies which promote and prohibit such activities.
