Barbara Duffield and Patricia Julianelle
Barbara Duffield is Policy Director for the National Association for the Education of Homeless Children and Youth, a national membership association that serves as the voice and the social conscience for the education of children and youth in homeless situations. Duffield works closely with educators, service providers, federal agencies and Congressional offices to strengthen policy and practice on issues related to family and youth homelessness.
Patricia Julianelle is Legal Counsel for the National Association for the Education of Homeless Children and Youth. Julianelle advises attorneys, educators, and policymakers across the country on the rights of children and youth experiencing homelessness and works to enforce those rights through direct advocacy, education and outreach, and legislative advocacy.
