Arnold Packer
Dr. Packer retired from the Johns Hopkins University after 12 years as Director of the SCANS 2000 Center in May of 2004. After a year teaching economics at the Methodist University College of Ghana, he is now a consultant working on various projects concerned with workforce development. Dr. Packer has been developing and testing the idea of a Verified Resume, a document students will receive from teachers, attesting to their SCANS behaviors and skills.
