Andre Davis
Judge Andre Davis of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit has served on the OSI-Baltimore board since 2000. Confirmed by the United States Senate in 2009, Davis is also an adjunct professor of law at the University of Maryland School of Law and a frequent lecturer for ALI-ABA and other organizations that provide continuing legal education seminars.
